Stories of A Pampered Traveler

Antigua Classic RegattaFor nearly a decade I have had the good fortune to venture beyond the borders of my home in the Green Mountains of Vermont to experience and report to other avid travelers on some of the amazingly well thought out and luxurious places there are to visit on the planet.

I give first hand accounts of my visits to entertain with humor and observation, to inform honestly about the experience, and to offer visual insights with my ever present camera. Most of the places that I visit are aiming for perfection and barring hurricanes and airlines they usually acheive it.

I enjoy getting to the spirit of a place as I believe that most of us travel to step out of our daily lives in order to return relaxed or enthused, calmed or invigorated but always refreshed about life.

I am always interested in getting more than one story out of each trip with placements in several different magazines. One story about a honeymoon destination might also be a fabulous story for a different magazine on a woman looking to refresh and renew herself for the next episode of her life. A feature on yacht charter might also be a wonderful honeymoon scenario for a different magazine. Many rewrites and different photos mean lots of work, but I love my job!

I use different words and photos for each story, and target it to a different readership with the editorial style prefered by each magazine I submit to. That is why you will find my stories in diverse magazines.

This is a really great life, and sharing it with readers really focuses my attention on how lucky I am!
